Cucumber & Almond Soup, Cold

Mix all ingredients except nuts and herbs together. Puree. Chill. Top w/ nuts & herbs.

Cucumber 3 peeled, seeded, & chopped
Dill chopped
Garlic 3 cloves, chopped
Almond Milk 2 c
Hot Sauce dash
Lemon Juice, Fresh 1 lemon
Nuts, Almonds 1 c chopped & toasted
Almond Oil 0.25 c
Sour Cream 1 c
Worcestershire Sauce dash
Yogurt 2 c
Chives 1 T
