Pears Sicily Serves 8

Mix almonds, butter and almond extract. Put pears into baking dish. Put filling in cavity. Pour sherry over and bake at 350 for 30 min. Serve hot or cold.

Nuts, Almonds, chopped 0.25c
Butter 1 T
Almond Extract 2 drops
Pears 4 halved & cored
Wine, Sherry 0.75c
