Lime Sorbet #1 Serves 5

Dissolve Jell-O in .75 c hot water. Add sugar; stir to dissolve. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and buttermilk. Freeze firm. Break in chunks; beat w mixer till smooth. Fold in stiff beaten egg white. Freeze firm.

Jell-O 3 oz pkg lime
Sugar 0.5c
Lime Juice 3 T
Lime Zest 1.5 tsp grated
Buttermilk 1.5c
