Hash Benedict Serves 4

In saucepan, combine soup, mayo, water and lemon juice. Heat, stirring. Meanwhile, brown hash slices in greased skillet. Place on muffin halves. Top w eggs; spoon sauce over; garnish w parsley.

Mayonnaise 0.25 c
Water 0.25 c
Lemon Juice, Fresh 2 tap
Beef 4 slices, corned
English Muffins 2 split & toasted
Egg 4 poached
