Dried Beef Rarebit Serves 4

Sauté beef in butter. Blend in flour, mustard and paprika. Stir and cook till smooth. Add Worchester and milk. Boil 1 min. Blend in cheese. Serve over toasted English muffins or Cheese Puffs.
