Chili con Queso Serves 4

In top of double boiler, combine all ingredients except cream. Heat over simmering water 45 min-1 hour. Stir in cream and heat. Serve w tostados.

Cheese, Cheddar 2 c grated
Chili Peppers 1 small can
Onion 1 small chopped
Garlic 1 clove, minced
Chili Powder 1 tsp
Tomato 1.25 c
Heavy Cream 0.5 c
