Cherry Tomatoes, Russian

Poke 5-6 holes in each tomato and put in shallow bowl. Pour vodka over and let stand, covered, tossing occasionally, 1-4 hours. Stir together salt and lemon pepper. Serve tomatoes w salt for dipping. 2 cups.

Tomatoes, Cherry 1pint
Vodka 0.5c, pepper flavored
Salt, Kosher 3T
Lemon Pepper 1T
