Cheese Ball, Bits n Pieces

Put everything but pecans and parsley in bowl of mixer or food processor with paddle attachment. Beat until smooth (4 min). Plop mix onto waxed paper and gently form into a ball. Refrigerate at least 15 min. Mis parsley and pecans on large plate.Roll cheese ball in mix. Wrap well and refrigerte. Let sit out at least a half hour to soften.

Butter 4T salted room temp
Cheese 1 c shredded sharp, flavorful
Goat cheese 3 oz
Crean cheese 4 oz at room temp
Scakkons 1 T finely chopped
Cayenne 1/4 tsp
Fish sauce 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 1 T
Pecans 1/3 c chopped, salted, roasted
​Parsley 1 T chopped flat leaf
