Blue Cheese & Bacon Dip

Preheat oven to 350. Cook bacon in skillet until crisp, stirring often. Remove from skillet and drain. Add garlic to skillet and saute over low heat 1 min. Combine cream cheese and cream in food processor or mixer; blend until smooth. Stir in bacon, garlic, crumbled cheese and green onions (I pushed the blend button a few times). Put dip in medium baking dish; bake for 20 min. Garnish w toasted walnuts. Serve warm dip w kettle-cooked potato chips.

Bacon 8 slices chopped
Garlic 1 T minced
Cream Cheese 16 oz, softened
Heavy cream 1/3 c
Blue cheese 1 c or 4 oz crumbled
Green onions 2 T minced (I used a bunch)
Walnut 1/4 cup chopped and toasted in a little walnut oil
