Limas, Baked w Pears Serves 12
Combine all ingredients in heavy casserole. Bake at 180-200, covered, 8 hours or longer, adding more stock if necessary.
Beans, Lima 6 c cooked dried butter, limas, etc
Pears 6 ripe, peeled, cored & sliced
Molasses 0.5 c
Brown Sugar 0 .5 c
Onion 0.25 c finely chopped
Stock 1 c chicken
