Pernod Buttermilk Dressing

Combine all ingredients except olive oil in bowl of food processor. Pulse until smooth. With machine running, slowly add olive oil and mix until mixture is thick. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.

Garlic 2 tsp minced
Onion 0.25c chopped green
Cheese, Parmesan 0.25c
Buttermilk 0.25c
