Chili–Laurie’s Creamy White Serves 6
In a large saucepan, sauté chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until no longer pink. Add beans, broth, chilies, and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered 30 min. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and cream. Serve immediately.
Chicken 1 lb breasts, cubed
Onion 1 med, chopped
Garlic Powder 1.5tsp
Vegetable Oil 1T
Beans, Great Northern 2 lb cans, rinsed and drained
Stock 2c chicken
Chili Peppers 8 oz canned, chopped
Salt 1tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Oregano 1tsp
Pepper 0.5tsp
Cayenne Pepper 0.5tsp
Sour Cream 8oz
Heavy Cream 0.5c
