Ceviche

Cover fish w lime juice. Refrigerate 4 hours. Drain. Mix remaining ingredients and toss w fish. Garnish w cilantro.

Fish 1.5 lb
Lime Juice fresh
Olive Oil 0.5 c
Onion 0.25 c chopped
Chili Peppers 2 T
Garlic 1 clove, minced
Pepper, Green 0.25 c chopped
Hot Sauce dash
Cilantro for garnish
